From September 24–26, EcoCAR teams will gather in Atlanta, GA, to kick off the four-year EcoCAR Innovation Challenge series. We encourage teams and participants to register as soon as possible to secure your spot and help ensure a smooth travel and event planning experience.
Through hands-on training and mentorship from sponsors and organizers, the EcoCAR Fall Workshop will equip teams with the technical knowledge, industry connections, and collaborative foundation needed to launch their EcoCAR journey.
Workshop sessions are designed to prepare students for Year 1 activities across vehicle development, product innovation, marketing and communications, and project management.
Fall Workshop Events
The workshop will feature a Satellite Media Tour, where students and headline sponsors will share the vision for the EcoCAR Innovation Challenge with media outlets in participating universities' local markets. Teams will also participate in a Sponsor Networking & Recruitment Event, giving students exclusive access to leading automotive and technology companies supporting the competition.
Travel
Teams are receiving separate Travel Instruction documents with stipend information and additional workshop travel details.
